Heaven Island is a (music) festival project. We invited random festival goers (with a formal invitation) to embark the ferry and cross over to the island, where an unknown event took place (in collaboration with festival musicians and visual artists).

Key to the installation is the longing it created to be invited to the island – to heaven. it created a sense of what we back then did not yet know as FOMO.
